Our Stadium, (Yes, a Nylon
carpet) is pounded by very large football players, monster
trucks & by hordes of rock concert fans. Below you
will see some of the approximately 2,000 browns stains
that
sucessfully removed from this carpet.

Winnipeg's Casinos and
shopping centres are in almost constant use.
We have the right equipment
for some of the dirtiest walk off mats in town.

We do several bars where
the mugs just never seem quite large enough.
Retail stores where
there is constant foot traffic and a few spills.
We have the expensive
& powerful equipment these challenges require.
Why pay contractors
(who have not invested in the right equipment) to put
soil attracting soap
into your expensive carpet investment like this:

These pictures illustrate just how much
soil attracting soap can be left in a carpet by small
portable equipment . This major Winnipeg Mall had paid
'professional cleaner's to fill their carpets with soap.
We are regularly asked by carpet Mills to correct carpet
complaints caused by poor maintenance.

Don't take our word, check the carpet manufacturers
and warranty holder's web-sites..for example:
3M ( source: http://www.mmm.com/carpet/scthgrd2.html
)
Carpet featuring Scotchgard protection should
stay clean 2 to 3 times longer than similar untreated
carpet; providing a better appearance with less cleaning.
Professional hot water extraction cleaning is the preferred
method because it leaves the least amount of detergent
residue. If you choose to do-it-yourself, DO NOT
use wet shampoo equipment. Shampooing can leave a soap
residue in the carpet, which masks the Scotchgard protection
& attracts & holds dirt. Frequency of cleaning The
warranty requires your carpet to be hot water extraction
cleaned at least once every two years by Certified carpet
cleaners. Reapplying Scotchgard protector always
enhances the amount of protection. It is important that
you retain your cleaning receipts in the event that you
need to make a warranty claim. Areas of higher traffic
& soiling should be hot water extraction cleaned more
frequently.
Do-it-yourself methods. Proper carpet cleaning
requires experience & special equipment. Most rental
or home cleaning equipment is unable to extract thoroughly
the water & detergents they put into the carpet. Left
in the carpet, the detergents attract more dirt, causing
rapid re-soiling & the need for re-cleaning. Professional
hot water extraction is the method 3M requires for your
carpet. Hot water extraction This is the best
method for deep-cleaning most carpets which requires the
use of a machine which sprays cleaning solution into the
carpet pile. Chemicals attack the soil and greasy build-up
on the carpet fibers. A powerful vacuum then extracts
the solution immediately. For optimal soil and stain protection,
3M recommends that Scotchgard protector be reapplied after
every hot water extraction. 3M recommends using a reputable
professional cleaner.
